CUATRO VIENTOS is an exclusive beachfront development which consists of 28 unique Villas, all with its own configuration. The project is located in the coast of the Riviera Maya, minutes away from Tulum, highly known for its natural landscape and its short distance to tourist areas. The property is surrounded by exquisite jungles of green on one end, and stunning and iconic Caribbean blue ocean on the other making this boutique development, unique and the most exclusive of them all.

One of our main concerns while designing the development, was preserving the local wildlife and recreating the luscious jungles.
We are privileged to be situated by Tulums National Park and therefore are neighbors to the most exquisite flora and fauna the region has to offer. Such as three magnificent species of turtles who chose the site as home to their hatchlings.

CUATRO VIENTOS’s design takes the above into consideration by virtue of turning the lights red at night as to not disturb their instinct to follow the moonlight back to their home, the sea.
